If you still need help, please get in touch with me and I’ll be happy to re-assure you.

I am situated about a 10 minute walk from Shoreham by Sea station. When you book a consultation with me you will receive my address details.

Do you provide parking?

How do I access your clinic?

I have built a brand new treatment room, it has a separate entrance to our house, on the right hand side. The entrance will be clearly marked.

What is you policy on storing my data?

Please read my GDPR statement here

Do you abide by confidentiality?

Yes, I abide by strict confidentiality rules set by the British Acupuncture Council. The only time this would not be adhered to was if needed to share information where I thought you or others are in danger of harm. When I am doing referrals on your behalf I will always seek explicit written consent to share any of your personal details.

Do you abide by strict hygiene protocols?

Yes I adhere to strict hygiene protocols which are set by the British acupuncture council. I use single use, sterilised and sealed needles, and dispose of these with a Sharps licence agreement. I also have a Licence from the local council who perform inspections of equipment and processes.

Are you a member of a registration body?

Yes, I am a member of the British acupuncture Council who are the Number 1 registration body for Acupuncture in the United Kingdom. I am also a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network.

Do you have a consent process?

Yes, when you book your first consultation, you will need to sign a document giving your consent for treatment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, due to high demand of appointments, I require a cancellation period of 24 hours, or you will be charged. This is to allow others who may be waiting for an appointment to take your slot. Of course you may have exceptional circumstances, so I would always encourage you to call me as soon as you are able to cancel as I may be able to offer it to someone else.

Do you take a deposit for treatments?

I take full payment up front for your first consultation. Subsequent appointments are pay as you attend, however this can be reviewed at any time if I have lots of no shows.

How do I cancel an appointment?

When you make an appointment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you refer to this email, there will be a link to click to cancel.

What happens if I am running late for my appointment?

Life happens sometimes! Try to let me know as soon as you are able to. If half an hour has passed I won’t be able to treat you in the time slot, so we would need to rearrange. If you do arrive late, I won’t be able to extend our time together past your appointment end time as I will likely have another appointment or a family obligation.
